I have no problem admitting to the fact that I pay for everything. Both music and movies.
It’s more to do with not harming my Mac rather than doing it by the book. I paid a lot for it, and I don’t want to risk it.
Recently I’ve been buying more and more DVDs who thank me for doing so, and for keeping the film industry going.
They then tell me that downloading films is illegal and that if I did so I would be as bad as a London looter.
And to thank me properly, they decide to show me 10 minutes of trailers for films I have no interest in watching, or buying anytime soon.
Great, 12 minutes in and I still haven’t been able to watch my film.
So far, they’ve turned advertising against me as a consumer.
They’ve shown me a download speed I’d kill for and frustrated me with 10 minutes of film advertisements I can’t skip.
All on a disc I’ve paid £12 for.
Meanwhile the pirates amongst us, are halfway through their film.
